Working for more than 25 years in management, Melanie understands firsthand the stress and burden of being a busy professional living within the confines of a 24 hour day. She started Above & Beyond Senior Concierge because she knows how hard it is to juggle the responsibilities of working full time, raising a family, caring for aging parents and being a small business owner.

Melanie spent most of her professional career providing customer service and managing in retail, medical and healthcare field. Now she provides senior concierge services to Kupunas throughout the Honolulu and its surrounding areas so they have more free time to enjoy life, and the peace of mind for their families knowing that their loved ones task as well as themselves are being taken care of by a trusted local.

By focusing on the details, Melanie is committed to building strong, productive relationships and enjoys delighting clients with an exceptional service experience. She is passionate and compassionate towards the Kupuna community and strives to be a part of your ‘Ohana’.
